I've went to multiple dealerships only to be turned down from the door. Upside down in my trade-in but again everything worked wonderfully. I recommend the world to Kelly and this dealership. From now on, they will always have my business and anybody else I can bring through. Salute to Barbera!! Raymond was only a shadow but I can tell he will be one of the top sells men at Barbera. Spilling off numbers telling us what the payment would be and withought running my credit & or verifying any of my info. He told us our payment for a charger would be $600! he was rude we asked for someone else and when he tried to get us someone else you could here the person yelling "why do you need me " ! Bad service but it's ok we went to #team Toyota bought a 2017 Toyota Camry . We wanted a doge ! Five was our first car and lasted 13 years but horrible treatment More

Professional, Respectful, no games, I have a lot of experience buying cars and am not a kid. I have no patience for all the transparent crap that goes on in this business. My cars sear I have a lot of experience buying cars and am not a kid. I have no patience for all the transparent crap that goes on in this business. My cars search was a process of several visits. I was browsing the lot at Barbara and a salesman approached me. I could tell right away that he was an exceptional person. I told him exactly what I wanted to buy, but that I had to sell a cargo van I own before I would be able to make a purchase. The van is a vintage vehicle and I had to get the value out of it, which dealers cannot provide. Some have tried to pretend they could, so as to get my business, only to aggravate me and insult my intelligence. As soon as I explained this proviso to the salesman, KELLY HOPKINS, he never mentioned another word about making a purchase. He stayed in touch with me, kindly, not annoyingly, until I sold my van. Yesterday, I bought a Dodge Durango Citadel from KELLY and drove away. He was a refreshing delight to deal with and proof positive that slow and steady wins the race. Two other Dodge dealers, after I explain the above proviso about my van, immediately asked me this question from page 1, line 1 of the car salesman training manual; "can we earn your business today". After I clearly explain the above proviso, you would have to be deaf or an idiot to ask that question...mindless. Working with Kelly was most enjoyable, and a refreshing change from the past. If Barbara has any business sense at all, and it looks like they do, they will make sure they hold on to the folks whose names I have checked off. More
