Please pass on to Art Carita, President MR Hesser, or Jessie H I am lost and need just a little help I am sorry that this issue has cast me in the wrong way. You need to understand that When I felt, and was deceived, it cause me to reach out and it may or may not be the correct way to express myself, but it is on way I know how. Barbera has caused me many health problems. I have had no sleep developed body aches, all Since the start of the buying of the car, and finding out no one and I mean no one at Barberacares "CARED AT ALL" that your salesman lied to make a deal. Then to find out I was promised a delivery of my car when finished from adding a part, and that was a joke around the sales floor. No one was delivering it. It was to sit there till I came bak the next day to pick it up. Pretty Funny HaHa. The Mechanic explained to me that the Remote starter was installed per the window sticker, but the remote itself need to be programed only cause more sleepless night. It is not fair I feel the way I do when a simple answer is there. This is bullying Complete bullying. I have now started to get depressed over the whole. There is no Enjoyment with my new car. I haven't drove the car in 3 days, and i just sit around not enjoying life. Very quick to yell at my wife. More that likely I will be checking in to a crisis center if thing do not get better. I am so depressed over a group of people lying, laughing and in total making fun of me, just so they feel better. It is liked being Bullied. Mr Carita leader of the bullies, as you have made it a point to one is to take to me but but himself I sent this to Mr Carita but more than likely he has me sent in his spam folder or delete me as soon as you see my name. I am asking only for you help with make two things right. an apology from ellsworth, and the $278 back as the starter was installed per window sticker. I hope you feel it in you hear to help me, before I spend time in the JF Kennedy Crisis center in Cherry Hill NJ. Sincerely reaching out for your help. Paul Beckley 8566272870

The Only thing good I have to say about this dealer is there Customer Agent that handles these reviews..Jesse H. Other than that the management at this place sucks and it seem as if because there a high volume dealer they could careless about a customer's request..I think anyone would agree if your spending 28,000, cash on a car and u ask to take the car out for a hour or so to get a feel without a annoying sales rep that should be respectable and acceptable. But again its big business at this Dealer Ship and not meeting the customers needs
