He responded to my many questions with substantive answers in which I felt confident. Matt was easy to work with when it came to financing decisions. The only reason I indicated 4/5 stars was that I did not feel as though the interior of the truck was very well cleaned; in fact, it was somewhat grimy. I will have to go over it in detail to get it to where I want it. The service team was a little slow on taking up the question Jon asked them to speak to (about DEF), but with a few questions, they eventually offered more helpful information. All in all, the experience was good, but not quite excellent. More
