Potential purchase of a GMC Canyon I was greeted at the door by a very polite and knowledge representative. He asked if there was a vehicle that I was interested in and if he could help I was greeted at the door by a very polite and knowledge representative. He asked if there was a vehicle that I was interested in and if he could help me locate it. He escorted me to his desk and asked what was the most important option that I was looking for. He proceeded to show me the different models available and went over the options on each. We the walked out to each vehicle and examined all of the options and explaining them. He asked if I was interested in a test driving any or all of them. I was not interested in test-driving, as I never test drive. When I consider buying a vehicle, I normally have already driven one. We then talked numbers and scheduled a time for an appraisal of my trade-in vehicle. The representative was very personable and easy to talk to. He offered to allow us to test drive our new car over the weekend to make sure we knew we were making the right decision and even texted us on Sunday to check if there was anything he could do to assist us, outside of business hours. We were considering two different Cadillac XTS options and he remained patient with us; even when we changed our minds a few times. I must mention that their offer on our trade in far exceeded that of any of the other dealerships we explored. Scotty's willingness to remain transparent, professional, and trustworthy throughout the sales process was significant and refreshing!
