I was buying a used vehicle, working with the finance department, had been giving what my monthly was going to be and BAM!! I get an email say the vehicle had been sold. This is a horrible business practice, was it because I was buying from out of state, really confused, it really SUCKS, you just dont do that as a business. Well they say you will always mee at least one dealership that sucks, and for me this was the ONE, make sure you are from the area or you will be screwed I communicated well with Mandy, I hope it wasn't her call and doubt it was, but for whoever made the call to sell the vehicle they suck! Great car and great service. We purchased a 2020 Yukon XL Denali from Barker using a third party to locate and negotiate the sale. Aside from the mild heart attack I had when I found out how much I was going to be paying the experience was great. We got a good price on our trade in and as good as could be expected on the small house sitting in my driveway. Kori drove the car over 80 miles to personally deliver it to my wife. He stopped in my home town and cleaned the vehicle for a second time prior to delivering it. He sat with my wife and explained all the features including but not limited to the theater, personal masseuse and puppy that came with the vehicle. Oh well happy wife, happy life. More

It was great working with the team here at Barker. I worked with Kori specifically and can’t tell you how helpful he was. I was looking at a specific make and model at many dealerships, but the one I en worked with Kori specifically and can’t tell you how helpful he was. I was looking at a specific make and model at many dealerships, but the one I ended up getting here was in better shape, and had lower miles. They were also the only ones willing to work with me on trying to hit my price target. No warranty on the vehicle, which may have been the only downside. The battery had to be jumped during test drive and the car was a little bit dirty. Due to circumstances that are too long to explain; I had to come back the day after to pick the car up. When I returned, the car had been detailed and the battery had been replaced. Very easy to work with this team, and the process was smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend checking them out for your next new or used vehicle. More
