Visit was not up to par. Service advisor was very pleasant but my repair kept getting put off. A screw in the edge of a tire was something that I could not schedule in adva Service advisor was very pleasant but my repair kept getting put off. A screw in the edge of a tire was something that I could not schedule in advance. I brought the Yukon Denali in on one day and by midafternoon on the next day nothing had been done. The replacement tire was in stock but getting it put on was an ordeal. I talked to my salesman who talked to the service department manager and the work finally got done. Barker GMC has done ALL the work on this 9-year old vehicle and I didn't want to take the car any where else. I recently ordered a new Yukon XL Denali. I can only hope that the service is adequate. More
