My mom is in a wheelchair so he had the van cooled to make her as comfortable as possible. My sister and I did our research so we knew what a fair trade in price for their current Odyssey would be as well as what a fair purchase price would be. He was spot on on both prices. Mark helped us out by answering all of the questions we had about the car. When we asked about the condition of the car, he took the time to send us a video of himself giving a tour of the car. Most dealerships wouldn't even check the car, nonetheless record a video for you. We decided that it was worth the drive to make it work. We drove down and had a great experience which ended with a wonderful car. Mark was truly a great guy. He was extremely personable and went above and beyond to help us. Honestly, every person we interacted with at the dealership was genuine and friendly. We had the opportunity to meet the manager and owner, and they could not have been nicer guys!
