For the couple of things she didn't know about the Odyssey, she utilized her resources to get my answer! After the purchase she spent almost an hour with me making sure that I knew each feature! When I went to Barker Honda their Odyssey inventory on the lot was equivalent to the stick reflected on their website! I like straight forward and no runaround. And Terri was exactly that!
