Usually satisfied but not this time Brought my Civic in for a recurring electrical issue ($400+ fuse box replacement just 3 months ago). I called the following day and was told it was a Brought my Civic in for a recurring electrical issue ($400+ fuse box replacement just 3 months ago). I called the following day and was told it was a loose battery connection and the problem was fixed. Left work early the following day to pick up the car (45 minute drive from my house) and lo and behold the car was exhibiting the same symptoms as before (AC controls unusable, heated seats not functioning, and numerous other electrical issues). Had to leave the car overnight again before the issue was finally resolved. This time it was supposedly a burnt fuse which was replaced for free. I'm now wondering if it was a burnt fuse the first time and was scammed out of $400+, as the symptoms were identical on both occasions. More
