After receiving an oil change at Barker Honda, my car started leaking oil. I brought it back in & the problem was addressed, but I could’ve burnt my motor up had my husband not caught the problem. The te started leaking oil. I brought it back in & the problem was addressed, but I could’ve burnt my motor up had my husband not caught the problem. The tech also told my husband that the leak was coming from the main seal & it was active & they couldn’t service it, because it was an Acura. Since leaving the dealership I haven’t had any issues. I notified Acura but they didn’t recommend me getting my car diagnosed if I wasn’t experiencing any further issues, because I would’ve had to pay for it, even if they had not found any thing wrong. This leads me to believe, the staff at Barker Honda was not being truthful about what happened. We’re all human so we do make mistakes but it’s always best to be honest. With that being said, I will not be bringing car back there to be serviced, because I don’t trust the staff. More
