Not a good experience at Barker Honda rather it was disappointing to have dealt with this dealership. The vehicle was not ready as per PDI protocols. The PDI hand out was not given to me neither the fe disappointing to have dealt with this dealership. The vehicle was not ready as per PDI protocols. The PDI hand out was not given to me neither the features of the vehicle were briefed. I found the PDI booklet in the owner manual which shows that primarily inspection was carried out in January and February, while I purchased the vehicle in mid of March. The wind shield was very dirty and I have been trying to get it cleaned but it looks like that so many small scratches on it. Finance director lied to get the gap insurance declined by me, yes I repeat he lied by saying that it would cost around $580 per month and nobody gets this insurance. More

The service and customer service was amazing everybody was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that I haven’t even had the vehicle for 90 days and I have to cover the vehicle update and th was very friendly and helpful.
