He knows his product, spent plenty of time explaining the differences between the trim levels of the Mazda CX-5. I first thought I wanted a Touring, but I didn't realize that for just a few more dollars I could get a Grand Touring with ALL the bells and whistles. Not only was I treated professionally, but Kris did his best to make sure I was satisfied days later by texting me to make sure I was happy. All the vehicles I have bought before, once the salesman gives you the keys..you never hear from them again.
