Barnes Crossing Hyundai

My wife and I have been looking for a Mazda cx5 for several weeks. We tried several dealers. The closest dealer to Tuscumbia, Al (where we live)is in Huntsville, Al. Huntsville did not have any that we several weeks. We tried several dealers. The closest dealer to Tuscumbia, Al (where we live)is in Huntsville, Al. Huntsville did not have any that we could test drive or consider to purchase. I checked on line and found Barnes Crossing. Chace responded to our email & questions within just a couple of hours. We spoke on the phone and we were told what was on the lot and that Barnes crossing would work with us to get the best deal. They did!!! Chace was great when we drove to the dealership. Within minutes, he met us at the door and showed us what was available. We got a real good deal and purchased the CX5. Chace walked us through everything and then introduced us to Justin Blinson who showed us all the "bells & whistles" on the car. NO Mazda dealer has ever took the time to show us everything about the car we purchased except there at Barnes Crossing. Justin was well informed and took the time to show every thing we needed to now, set up our I-phones with the "no hands" phone feature. I visited the dealership. I saw a truck I was interested in and went in and asked the price. Within 10 min I had a price I wanted. This was the quickest car deal I have ever done. Kimberly was very approachable and made it easy to find the right vehicle. I purchased a Santa Fe, and she was right when she said i would love it. I was less than thrilled. From then on, I spoke with Cody and have yet to have any problems. He is absolutely wonderful. Anytime my Mazda was in the shop, he made sure to keep me up to date. We ended up having a few problems and went back to the dealership. I had spoken with Nita through email about our troubles prior to going back. When we actually went to the dealership, we were pleased to find that the even the owner took a few minutes out of his time to make sure that when we left we were completely satisfied. We didn't know if we wanted to trade or not, but Nita took her time and spent the majority of the day with us. We ended up waiting a couple of days to think it over; even went to a couple of other dealerships. No one could offer us what Tim and Nita had. We were more than taken care of on the trade in side. Nita made sure to be patient and let us know that she wanted to make sure we had what we wanted at the end of the day. We ended up trading for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, which we are in LOVE with. I even spoke with a client of mine, who is a Hyundai dealer and he said we were given the best of the best deals. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone. Great business! More
