If you want the best salesperson ask for Calvin Harvey. We always deal with him because he is awesome. Unfortunately it took fourteen hours over four days to make a deal. Financing was a nightmare. Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Cory has a great sense of hummer and a personality that’s makes the buyer feel comfortable and secure. Thanks Cory! Well back to Calvin now. HOORAY! After day four we were able to finally take possession of our new 2025 Ioniq 6 SEL, rwd, long range unit and drive off into the sunset! Thanks to the Allen Samuels of Jackson Team. A job well done!

I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. My car was in for 35,000 mile servicing today. I made the appointment about two weeks ago and since I had no other conflicts I showed up an hour early for it today. Everyone was gracious despite my early arrival and I went to wait in the waiting room. While there I was able to observe one employee assist another customer whose car wouldn’t start and even give a phone number for her to call if she was stuck. The other ladieswere kind and immediately accommodating to everyone who came. They were apologies because they are a little short staffed in the automotive tech technician department. My car was ready and I was off, but grateful to have been taken care of and have had the opportunity to be around such an accommodating helpful. I'd given team and the dealership there ( a negative rating if possible since I spent a 2-hour round trip to go there. I had explained in multiple chats with multiple representatives (Josh, Alyson, Miles, etc.)tons of details on what I was trying to accomplish including let me do everything possible electroically so you can confirm before indrivve over. All said "sure" can work with you on that. Got there.....and "oh we can't do that." I have dealt with bait/switch before but this was ridiculous.Don't waste your time.
