John Grace met me in the parking lot, i I pulled into Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda knowing what I was looking for and in what payment range I wanted. John Grace met me in the parking lot, introduced himself and asked how he could help me. He showed me inside to what I can only say is the nicest sales floor I have ever been in. He showed me where I could get free fresh made popcorn and water and there were tootsie pops on the table. I mention this because in any other car sales venue you usually only find sales desks and what I consider to be a dull atmosphere. This felt more like a family gathering than a dreary day at the car lot. I was then introduced to Jeff who made us feel at home as well. John Grace work with us tirelessly to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. John was personable, kind, and knowledgeable.
