The BEST buying experience I've ever had! I am beyond pleased with my experience at Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda. I was promptly greeted by almost every employee that passed by me. I traded in a car on a new Elantra and they gave me way more money for my trade in than I had been offered at any other dealership. This really is a first class place and I highly recommend it! More

The inventory is massive and "Tupelo Joe " Washington can find a vehicle for any one! I had taken my Sante Fe in for routine service and greeted immediately by Service consultant and on to enjoy the awesome amenities in the waiting area. I love the smell of fresh popcorn, open waiting area, complete with snacks, drinks, giant Tv and work area. Melvin makes sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of. I love the energy of the team work and professional atmosphere and teamwork. I had a Sante Fe and loved it! Joe Washington happened to walk by and ask if all was ok, and we just started talking about how much I love my Sante Fe. I love every navigation feature, personal comfort for me and the luxuries it offers. Joe Washington asked if I had seen the new colors and offered to take a look. In the midst of looking at them, learning more about the features, I rode away with a new Sante Fe! Financing was a breeze with the assistance of John Price's expertise . The Service team had my Sante Fe all clean, detailed and so appreciated as I drove off the lot! I appreciate the follow up to see if all is great and if I have any concerns and if I am satisfied! I love my new Sante Fe, and I recommend anyone to stop by and see "Tupelo Joe" and make a new friend and a dealership you can trust! More
