Beyond Expectations I bought a Mazda 3 hatch from Tupelo Joe on 9/16/16. I was insistent on a manual transmission, and had already been impressed by Mazdas' online reputa I bought a Mazda 3 hatch from Tupelo Joe on 9/16/16. I was insistent on a manual transmission, and had already been impressed by Mazdas' online reputation for reliability. Barnes Crossing offers a 20 year, 250k mile warranty as well, so they were the best place to go. I think they realized that my auto needs and my interest in their warranty meant they had a sure sale. However, they didn't use it against me. Even after I was locked in to the sale, they continued to try to make the experience informative and stress free. I was sure that after I signed I'd be put into the car without really understanding the new interfaces, which are so different from my old car. But they had a guy, John Grace, who went over the car with me for about half an hour and answered everything I asked. Everyone, the finance manager, the service guys, were all willing to chat with me. I'd recommend this dealership to my personal friends and family, for sure. More
