Great SALE Experience. I went to the car lot looking to maybe buy but I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I haven't purchased a new car in 11 years but it was now I went to the car lot looking to maybe buy but I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful during the recent snow I am a widow and during the recent snow my apartment complex put out salt on the sidewalks. Some of the salt got on my 2015 Hyundai Elantra. All of the car washes in out town were closed so I stopped by Barnes Crossing Hyundai to get some information about possible places to get my car washed off. As I drove up a young man (Antuan Daniel) asked if he could help me. When I told him my situation he immediately directed me to the detail section of the dealership. When I arrived there he and the young men in the detail section started taking care of my car. They washed the salt off and completely detailed my car. They were all very friendly & professional. When I asked them about the cost they told me "no charge". I have bought several cars from this dealership and have always been treated this way. I will recommend them to anyone I know!!
