Unhappy experience with Employees I would like to give a higher rating on this dealership, but when I am trying calling the dealership number to get in touch with the person (Will Cody I would like to give a higher rating on this dealership, but when I am trying calling the dealership number to get in touch with the person (Will Cody) I was dealing with about some questions I have, all I get is either he is with a customer or not here. I have even left e-mails and even called the number on the card he gave me, but never got any answers or anything back. The last time I tried calling was within the last week, but still got the same results. Plus they will lie to protect themselves and their employees, so I recommend documenting everything if you decide to to go this dealership for service or even buy a vehicle from them. I am not going to take my vehicle to them for any service at all anymore because of the poor customer service that I have constant been receiving from here. Plus when it will come time for me to get another vehicle, i will look elsewhere because they will undervalue your trade if you have one. They say that if you have any questions to call and ask the person you are dealing with, but so far this experience has left a sour taste even worse in my mouth. I gave this dealership a second chance after being contacted by Mr. Cody himself to resolve an issue, but now I see that I am regretting giving them a second chance. Had a meeting with Mr. Cody back at the beginning of the year or the end of December (can't remember which) and at first I thought my experience was going to be better than before, but now I know that my original experience with this dealership was correct and not even him is wanting to return calls. I do not like giving bad rating about any place and what not, but this dealership has the lowest of low respect for it customers. All what they are in for is just to separate you from your money and give no help and true service after the sale or service rendered. More

I had taken my Sante Fe in for routine service and greeted immediately by Service consultant and on to enjoy the awesome amenities in the waiting area. I love the smell of fresh popcorn, open waiting area, complete with snacks, drinks, giant Tv and work area. Melvin makes sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of. I love the energy of the team work and professional atmosphere and teamwork. I had a Sante Fe and loved it! Joe Washington happened to walk by and ask if all was ok, and we just started talking about how much I love my Sante Fe. I love every navigation feature, personal comfort for me and the luxuries it offers. Joe Washington asked if I had seen the new colors and offered to take a look. In the midst of looking at them, learning more about the features, I rode away with a new Sante Fe! Financing was a breeze with the assistance of John Price's expertise . The Service team had my Sante Fe all clean, detailed and so appreciated as I drove off the lot! I appreciate the follow up to see if all is great and if I have any concerns and if I am satisfied! I love my new Sante Fe, and I recommend anyone to stop by and see "Tupelo Joe" and make a new friend and a dealership you can trust! More
first oil change they dont put proper milage on record I had the first oil change done on my car since we purchased it. The milage upon getting service done was 3501. Two days later I get a notification fr I had the first oil change done on my car since we purchased it. The milage upon getting service done was 3501. Two days later I get a notification from the app that my service record had been added when I viewed it the milage said 14 in the app, now I live 17 miles away from the dealership and had 10 miles on car at time of purchase you do the math when it said 3501 on car. More
