I had the disservice of working with several employees at BC Kia recently. We inquired on a vehicle online, I spoke to a “Ceira” who ignored me, and “Katelyn” who had no problem telling me that they don’t ta BC Kia recently. We inquired on a vehicle online, I spoke to a “Ceira” who ignored me, and “Katelyn” who had no problem telling me that they don’t take NON-REFUNDABLE deposits on vehicles, even if you live several hours away. I’m expected to waste a day in hopes it’s there? No thank you. Finally I got set up with “Chico” who did nothing but insult me with a horrendous write up. Lying through his teeth about the costs, what they would be able to give me for the trade and what invoice was on the vehicle. I was able to pull the invoice from a friend who works at Kia and it was not what they said. Not only that, this dealership lies about pricing, the first pencil the gave he showed the vehicle marked up 5k. Chico said ALL of their new inventory has that mark up and it’s a discount from the 10k it was originally, despite their website showing an entirely different price. They have no issues with false advertisement and apparently bigger issues with honoring the price advertised. I’m extremely disappointed in the interaction I had but can’t help to think that I dodged a bullet with this one. More
