Excellent Experience A few weeks ago I took my Odyssey in for an oil change and I mentioned that it had high mileage to Brian Smith (Service Manager) he said maybe it was A few weeks ago I took my Odyssey in for an oil change and I mentioned that it had high mileage to Brian Smith (Service Manager) he said maybe it was time to think about purchasing a new one. I went home and thought about it and decided to take his advice , I have purchased all of my Honda Odyssey's from Baron Honda since 1999. I went in on a Thursday spoke to Brian Smith told him I was ready go with a new van, he was GREAT, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and he took me out and showed me the EXL Odyssey, I loved it and purchased it on the spot and took it home the next day. The service at Baron Honda has always been excellent, everyone is so professional and helpful. I also want to thank Bobby Brødeur for his help. After going through a lot, we were already nervous and anxious to visit a dealership to talk about getting a new car, and we've both have been through horrible experiences with dealerships in the past. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted and Sonny Rahim became our sales rep. We sat down and talked about what we were looking for, and our concerns. Sonny was amazing from the get-go! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and addressed all of our questions, and concerns. He definitely wasn't pushy. He gave us space and time to think. We did go to other dealerships to look around, but Sonny was the top person we wanted to deal with and in the end, we made the right choice.
