Baron Honda responded

In response to your review: You purchased your vehicle on October 12th 2016. You came in to Baron Pre-Owned Super Center on January 25th 2017. You came in very irate about your vehicle. We handled the situation very professionally. We had our mechanics look at the vehicle and we determined that you needed to replace your brakes and rotors. You then demanded we replace the parts at no cost. In a case like this we normally would have taken care of this for any customer. However, you put 12,000 miles on your vehicle in a 3 month period. Based on your mileage, this most likely caused your brakes and rotors to wear more rapidly. The New York state lemon law states that if anything were to happen to a vehicle after purchase within 3 months and 4,000 miles we would have to replace whatever is needed for you. Unfortunately you are 8,000 miles over that. We are sorry you felt you had a horrible experience here. Here at our family owned dealership we take pride in helping all customers and doing everything in our power to make sure they walk out of our doors happy.

Was told to come back with more miles non explanative amount of miles for that matter typical dealer scam and still living up to the bad name from what I'm hearing now!! Focus on weeding the problem workers out instead of responding to reviews and take care of your cars. Once u leave the lot the car is your own problem ppl. Don't let theses con artist fools fool u and if u have the pleasure of dealing with bill on the sunrise service road be prepared for the answer NO with a big f u to follow
