Cortney Mattila, I am very sorry you felt this way about our dealership after your mother purchased her vehicle. However the reason you are so unsatisfied with our customer service is because something happened that was completely out of our hands. We understand getting a flat tire is very inconvenient but you had the vehicle for 2 months and then expected us to give you 4 new tires at no cost and when you went over paper work with Bobby, Steven, Dominick, and our finance department you were made aware that tires are not covered under warranty. Almost every manager had spoken to you and your mother and we tried our best to assist you but it seemed there was no pleasing you once you were told we could not give you 4 new tires. Before you posted this negative review you posted a fantastic review for Steven Broduer proving how helpful we have been. We even gave you a $100 bird dog for referring your mother to us. We apologize again you were unhappy with our service but we are confident that we give all our customers the best service we can provide and we will continue to.
