We lost both our cars in the super storm. We had such a hard time trying to rent a car so we could get back to work. The rental shops were horrible and absolutely no help at all. With help from our friends and the grace period for the car loan payments we are back to work and have 2 beautiful cars to start our recocery and returning to a routine. I purchased a used Pilot from William (Bill) in May, 2012. He was helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. He made the entire process quick, easy, and hassle-free. I've had my share of unpleasant experiences with car salesmen in the past, but Bill was nothing like any of those people....he was terrific. In fact, my wife and I liked and TRUSTED him so much that when her car unexpectedly had problems a couple of months ago, she contacted Bill right away. That same day, she purchased a used CR-V from him. And just a few days ago, my mother was in the market to lease a new car. Of course, my firt and only suggestion was to visit Bill at Baron Honda. She did visit a few other dealerships, but they all paled in comparison to Baron. Baron had the vehicle she wanted, a no-hassle salesman in Bill, and, of course, the price was right (literally about $50/mo less than anywhere else). Obviously with 3 people in my family having purchased or leased a vehicle from Bill within the past 6 months, I would, without a doubt, very stronly recommend that anyone and everyone visit Bill over at Baron. My car had gotten flooded and totaled during Hurricane Sandy so I reluctantly had to go car shopping in order to either buy a used car or lease a new car on a tight budget. Ernie at Baron Honda happened to be the first and best dealer that I went to. I continued shopping around for a few days but wound up going back. Ernie was extremely nice, informative, and had one of the best deals I found. He didn't make me feel pressured like a lot of dealers often did. Many times other dealers will give you an outrageous offer, then negotiate back and forth forever. But Ernie gave me a reasonable number right off the bat, and respectfully matched the number I had in mind. He was very patient and explained every detail of the car that I was interested in. He also walked around the lot with me and showed me the car I wanted in different colors and styles. He was attentive but also gave me space when I needed it. I would absolutely recommend going to see Ernie if you are interested in buying or leasing a car! I am so pleased with my new Honda! More

I recently purchased out my lease from Baron Honda. I bought it almost three years ago from William Krooss-Tadas and he helped me with the paperwork this time around as well. I didn't even know it was possible to buy out my current lease but I recieved a call from Katherine and she told me of my options for my upcoming lease termination. Ii don't drive a lot, I had 12,000 miles on the car and William told me that even though it would cost him a sale, it was in my best interest to buy out my lease. They found me a better interest rate then my credit union offered! I am very pleased with everybody I've ever dealt with @ Baron Honda and will be reccomending it to everybody I know in need of a new or used automobile. More
