Service and quality control were poor My diesel engine would not start easily. The service manager said the tech didn’t run the oil to the engine. The data on the dashboard is not returned My diesel engine would not start easily. The service manager said the tech didn’t run the oil to the engine. The data on the dashboard is not returned to zero so when I got in my car it still said I needed to change my fuel filters. So a tech change the data on the dashboard zero it out and then he commented they didn’t check your tires they’re all low. Will do better next time and get your discount. Slim chance I will return My appointment was at 10 at 12:30 I asked the service manager if my car was ready and she said it was but the tech went to lunch. 😠 More

Could have been better There’s no point in writing a review. I’m sure in the small print somewhere, they have the right to refuse to show reviews if they aren’t the best. Salesman talked too fast, blamed others for not giving the deal we were asking for, finance guy was ok. We have excellent credit rating, but didn’t push very much for a better interest rate. Told us, “You can always go get a loan somewhere else after you finish today.” (That’s not the purpose, just saying). Never saw the other name listed in this review....Overall, good deal for price of vehicle bought, received poor trade in value and poor interest rate. Guess the tank of gas was to make up for that. More
