Worst Car Shopping Experience Worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I had friends tell me not to go there because it was not a credible dealership. I thought I would giv Worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I had friends tell me not to go there because it was not a credible dealership. I thought I would give them a try because they were close. The salesperson was rude and not helpful. I tried to get a price for a used truck, but they wouldn't give me the price unless I drove the vehicle. The manager came out and he kept trying to get me to go inside and talk about how much I wanted to spend. I asked again what the price of the truck was and they went inside and got the keys and said drive it and then we will talk about the price. I told them I didn't want to waste my time or their time if the price was more than I was willing to spend for a used truck. They kept pushing me to drive it and then come inside and talk about how much I wanted to spend. I finally left the place without finding out the price of the truck. I should have listened to my friends. I went to the Chevy dealership next door and every vehicle on their lot was unlocked and had a visible price tag. I have 2 kids that needed vehicles so we ended up buying 2 used trucks from the Chevy place. More

Bad Business I not only bought one car but i bought two cars from this car lot that was not ready to be sold i bought a 2014 Ram and a 2014 Dodge Charger I paid 30 I not only bought one car but i bought two cars from this car lot that was not ready to be sold i bought a 2014 Ram and a 2014 Dodge Charger I paid 300 to have the cars shipped to Dallas where me and my husband paid 790 to fly in i paid 1000 down on the truck and 500 on the car when me and my husband got to Dallas we notice that on the Ram it was to Big dense on the passenger side of the truck i call the GM and told him about that also the back sensor button was turned off we turned it on and it was beeping we turned it off i called the GM about that we was on the highway going to our room my husband was trying to turn on the cruise control and we find out it was not working i called the GM about that we was moving something out of our house my husband went to the back of the truck to put some of our stuff in and the back of the truck was filthy had not been washed out or anything i call the GM about that the inside of the truck was filthy I called the GM about that now i am only talking about the truck he told me when i get back to Utah the get a estimate on the truck and he would make sure that they take care of it now on the Dodge Charger I have the pay 300 to get the motor clean the gas tank was filthy I call the GM about that he told me again when you get back to Utah get the cars and the truck checked out he apologize for all of the inconvenience and told me that he was going to take care of it for me to get estimates on my cars and send it to him I told him i scared i was driving these cars for 19 hours i hope that nothing happen to me and my husband on our way home I told him how that was so disgusting to me to have bought two cars and both of them look like this. Well i got the estimate from two places both told me 3500 for the truck and i paid the money to get my charger cleaned when i told the GM what that was trying to charge me to get my truck fixed he told me that he would give 1650 of that i told him i thank that Barry Sanders should give me all my money back for this Again he apologize for my inconvenience he was very understanding and he answered all my phone call listed to me about this situation. Now it is time for me to get my check i have called and called and today i finally get a answer for someone to tell me that the old GM is not there anymore i was asking about my check and the new GM called me asking about my down payment which i paid in FULL and paperwork about what the old GM said he ask me did i have it in writing yes i do i am not send NO MORE PAPERWORK to this company i am going to call the banks where i have my loan and let them know i am also going to the Better Business Bureaus and to who ever else will here me about the car lot it is unfair to me to have bought two car at this lot and BOTH of the are bad. More
