My Uncle needed a jeep for recreational purposes and he met Rusty. What a waste of time trying to buy a car! First off, I What a waste of time trying to buy a car! First off, I made contact with the dealership online and informed them that I lived out of town and that What a waste of time trying to buy a car! First off, I made contact with the dealership online and informed them that I lived out of town and that I would like to handle as much of the "deal making" over the phone and through email as possible so that I would not waste my time and money driving to Stillwater if a purchase was not going to happen. This is where the lies began. My wife and I had picked out the exact car that we wanted and I was informed that they "Had the car pulled up and ready for us", but upon arriving at their location they did not have the car we had looked at online, it had been sold 3 days prior! So they showed us a car that was $7000 more expensive than what I had seen online. An obvious attempt to get us to purchase a more expensive car. I also spoke with a salesmen over the phone and gave him all of our personal information so that they could get our credit checked and financing approved before we made the trip. Approximately 5 minutes after I gave the info, the salesmen called back and I was told that we were approved for the car and that the only thing left on the deal would be an inspection on our trade in. So after the 50 minute drive to Stillwater We arrive to find a different car then we had looked at online, our credit not checked and no financing at all even looked into and a horrible low ball offer on my trade in. They offered my somewhere between 4-6 thousand dollars below the NADA trade-in value. The sales manager spent 15-20 minutes talking about how this was going to be our best buying experience we had ever had and that THEY WOULD get us into the car we wanted. We spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership and never saw any type of official paperwork and another 2 hours in the town waiting for them to come back to me with an offer. The offer that they came back to me with was the low ball offer on my trade-in and then a price of over $4000 of the advertised price on the vehicle we had looked at originally. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be letting all of my friends and family know that this was the worst car buying experience I have EVER gone through. What a joke! More

Everything was so great due to I needed a vehicle.Chris and Ryan made sure I was able to get there due to my truck was totaled as of 12-31-2012, so they arranged for Tyler to pick me up.
