Took way to long to make the deal and get the paperwork done. Was there at least four hours. Was told the car manual was in it, it was one for a different year. I would no go back to Barry sanders. while I was visiting your dealership I got to see an interaction between one of your employees and a customer. your employee was not very nice to the while I was visiting your dealership I got to see an interaction between one of your employees and a customer. your employee was not very nice to the customer and made it very clear about his feelings towards this lady. I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to be there any longer. your employee needs to treat your customers with respect and not rolling there eyes and getting rude with the customers. More

At the signing of closing papers, I was told that I would receive a second fob “in 4-5 days”. Then confusion when I was told that a Chip shortage was holding things up.
