This visit was disappointing. I asked how long of a job it would be, because if it was a long one I wanted to schedule for the weekend when I'd have a ride. I was told that it was a super quick fix, so I scheduled for the next day after work. I arrived 10 minutes early (2:50pm for a 3pm appointment). It wasn't finished until 5:30pm. I inquired multiple times during the visit what was taking so long, as I know this should be about a 30 minute fix. I was told that they had to completely recharge the broken battery before fixing it because, "We need the error code off of the old battery or Mopar won't pay us for the swap." In my opinion, this could have been done on their own time. My battery was clearly malfunctioning (per the error code on my vehicle and the fact that it wasn't working), and they confirmed that my vehicle is still under warranty by the manufacturer. They should have made the fix and done what they needed to do to get paid (not my responsibility) after fixing my vehicle and letting me leave. I was at the dealership for 2 hours and 40 minutes to ensure they got paid for a part covered by my warranty. More

Service took an hour and a half for an oil change. Back wiper blade was recommended to be replaced at ~$65 and a 10% discount was offered. I went to O’Reillys and it was $16.
