Purchase went fine, Car broke down on second time to get car out, (Radiator). We were stuck on side of road between Boise City, Ok and Springfield, Co @2pm in afternoon. We called dealership and was told W car out, (Radiator). We were stuck on side of road between Boise City, Ok and Springfield, Co @2pm in afternoon. We called dealership and was told We would be towed to nearest dealer (we also called roadside assistance)... was told tow truck would arrive in 72 minutes (it didn't come) we kept calling and was always told "Be there in an hour". this continued until about 10pm (we just stopped calling), we had to spend the night in the car on the side of the road. Next morning early started calling again, still was told "Be there in about an hour" (nobody came)... around 10am when called for update the operator told me flatly (nobody is coming to get you). I was 400 miles from home, I called my son to bring my Chevy Truck and trailer and pick me up, we pulled the Santa Fe home on the trailer, dropped it at the dealer (Barry Sanders) next morning ... James directed me unloading, and looked at the issue... told me "don't worry, we will get you fixed under warranty". They had promised me a loaner, but then told me they didn't have one, next day I was notified that repair would not be covered under warranty ($1,600) ... they claimed a "Rock" hit the radiator (this car has never seen a gravel or dirt road) we did not have any episode with a rock. I talked to the G.M. (Wade) on the phone, he assured me this should be covered under warranty, but about an hour later, I was notified by the service advisor that wade said this would NOT be covered... I just received my car back 2 days ago, (about 6 weeks later), I am afraid to drive this car anywhere more than a local trip, James Kennedy treated me well, but was unable to get me help. Wade when he called me said all the "right things" but then did nothing to help, and no call back, nothing... I am so angry/frustrated about this that I want nothing to do with this car or dealership!!! More
