Took my jeep in for service (brake job). I called on a Friday, and was able to get it in on Monday at 2. I dropped it off around 12. I received a notice around 3:30 that the rotors were done, but the brak Friday, and was able to get it in on Monday at 2. I dropped it off around 12. I received a notice around 3:30 that the rotors were done, but the brake pads were in a warehouse (about an hours drive), and that I could either: Leave the jeep there overnight, and they would work on the brakes the next morning OR reschedule the brake pad portion. I opted to leave the jeep overnight so I didn't have to reschedule. The following morning, Michael (Service Rep) couldn't be reached until after 10:30am (3 phone calls later). This caused hardship due to lack of transportation, and the dealership was unwilling to provide a loaner or any reasonable accommodation for the oversight. I brought my jeep in to the dealership about 2 hours early for a brake job. They knew I wanted the pads (at a minimum) to be replaced...but for some strange reason, they didn't have the pads on hand for the job I was paying them to do. So instead of being without my primary mode of transportation for ~4 hours on a Monday, I was without transportation for ~24 hours. 2 star review because they got the job done (and the brakes haven't failed...yet...). I went to this dealership for the first time on Nov. 1 and left with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee! My salesman, Cameron, answered all my questions and got what I felt was a generous trade in amount for my car. Everyone I talked to there was very friendly and helpful...no high pressure. This is now MY dealership!! (And I love my Jeep!) More
The Barry Sanders dealership were unethical. We had shopped for a Limited Sante Fe at the dealership earlier in the morning, telling the salesman, Roger, what we were looking for. Since they did not ha shopped for a Limited Sante Fe at the dealership earlier in the morning, telling the salesman, Roger, what we were looking for. Since they did not have one on the lot, we went to OKC. On our way, Roger called and said they had received “just what we wanted” off the truck. When we got back that evening and looked at it, I asked for the window sticker as it had been removed from the window. The salesman said they sometimes come off or was lost. Under the impression that we were “buying just what we were looking for, the Limited”, we made the deal that evening assuming the car was worth about the same amount as other Limited vehicles priced. NOT until the next day, AFTER the deal was made and my husband went back to Barry Sanders dealership and demanded the window sticker did Roger produce a copy of the window sticker. Upon receipt we discovered we HAD NOT purchased a Limited rather an SEL. Roger told my husband the car asking price was about $42,000. We purchased the car for $41,601.00 and the sticker was only $37,230, a difference of $4,371.00 more than sticker price. We went back to the dealership and tried to talk to Roger and the manager. When confronted and refused to take any ownership and/or responsibility in the dishonesty of the car deal, my husband became upset. The manager took opportunity and refused to talk any further about the car deal. My husband is 82 and I am 77. I not only consider this a blatant unethical business dealership, but one that prays and one that practices crimes on the elderly. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone at any age to purchase a vehicle from Barry Sanders Dealership in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We are asking for just a fair car deal…and also just paying a fair price for the vehicle as represented to the customer. More
It was the best buying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I was in and out with a vehicle I’m less than 3hours. There was no pressure from anyone. Chad showed me what he had, and let me make up my a vehicle. I was in and out with a vehicle I’m less than 3hours. There was no pressure from anyone. Chad showed me what he had, and let me make up my mind. There are as no trying to point me in a more expensive vehicle. The finance officer told me I could change my mind anytime because it is my money. Not one dealership has ever said that. Any extra monies was explained up front. I left the dealership feeling like I had made friends. A very good experience. I have already recommended Barry Sanders Super Center to my family. Thank you guys for a good experience. More
