My initial appointment was made one week in advance but was moved to earlier time than I request and even though I received an email I did not confirm acceptance since I could not make that time. When I was moved to earlier time than I request and even though I received an email I did not confirm acceptance since I could not make that time. When I showed up at the original time, I was told I missed the appointment and had to schedule the following week. Someone should have called me to confirm the time. Overall it took 2 weeks to schedule a basis oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and pleasant once serviced. But I feel they may be to busy to care about my time. May consider going to Walmart which would be faster. More

Quoted me three times more than a local shop and stated both front parts where bad. Once I got to the other shop, they drove it and stated it was in fact the back ones going out not the front.
