I should have paid $89 for a service fee so they could tell me my brakes had an issue and I needed to return to the place they were recently installed. Instead I was charged $697 for part I didn't need. T tell me my brakes had an issue and I needed to return to the place they were recently installed. Instead I was charged $697 for part I didn't need. They ended up fixing the (front brakes) free of charge but the rear brakes now make noise. Instead of doing right and fixing them all, I now have to go back to the installer and have them replaced. Just a terrible experience like normal despite new management, I guess it's just company policy to FIND something wrong with your $89 fee. I hate writing surveys like this because I understand the impact to people's bonuses and stuff but man it's just freaking terrible up there. What sucks the most is that I eventually want a Hyundai and this is the dealer in Stillwater, now I have to go to OKC. Really sucks. More

I drove from Springdale, AR to purchase a Jeep I saw online with the features I wanted and a price I was ready to pay. The internet price was $45,275 with no rebates. I called to confirm availability with internet sales. Then drove 3 hours to purchase. When I arrived I was shown a "DEAL" $5,000 more than the online price. YES, $5,000!! When I asked why the price increase I was told it was because of the "Barry Sanders Hall of Fame Package" that gives customers free oil changes and nitrogen in the tires. The finance guy was so disrespectful and wouldn't sell the Jeep as advertised. I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with his ways because I am sure he has taken advantage of several people. I snapped a picture of this laughable, terrible "DEAL" I was presented with from Barry Sanders Supercenter and left immediately. Pictures are posted on my Google review and I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. More
