Since originally submitting the review, the service I received from your dealership has gone from bad to worse and then to downright insulting. My car is STILL having issues daily(a hard idle) that you never seemed to be able diagnose other than “bad gas”…which after a month of driving it, it’s clearly not. Beyond that, I had to threaten to report your dealership to the better business bureau and used auto commission in order to get you to perform work that your used manager wrote into the contract on the car so I would purchase it. Speaking of the used manager(Randy), there has been 5+ occasions where he has promised to call me concerning my car not running correctly, simply return my call, provide information about my car, or to make an appointment for my car to get looked at and he has completely failed to do so. How many times is it appropriate for a manager to straight up lie to someone and blow them off(specially when the car he sold them is having issues running). Literally the only way I could get him to pickup the phone is to call the GM of your dealership first. So how about this, you have my number. If you would actually like to “make this right” how about you pick up your phone and call me because honestly I’m tired of calling you and being lied to.
