Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was great! Professional staff that go above and beyond for their customers. Sales staff was great! Service, not a chance I’ll bring it back to them. I called to make my appointment days in advance. I arrived to them telling me I had to have my “Royal Treatment” paper with me, luck it back to them. I called to make my appointment days in advance. Prior to scheduling the appointment I ensured that the oil change would be free, I still paid for a portion of it. Also, I agreed to a tire rotation for $25.00 that was not completed. Not a single indication of a tire rotation was completed. My TPMS sensors had not moved locations, no hand prints in the rims from the break dust, the locking lugnut key had not been retrieved, and the whole interaction took 10 minutes. Why did I pay for a service that was not completed. I may buy there again, been NEVER have your vehicle serviced here. More
