I brought my grandson’s 2014 Dodge Dart Limited. His stereo was not working because the receiver would not accept the anti-theft code, so I set up an appointment. The service center confirmed that the s stereo was not working because the receiver would not accept the anti-theft code, so I set up an appointment. The service center confirmed that the stereo would not accept the code and charged me $146.50 to tell me something I already knew. They could tell me why, just that it would not accept the code. They did offer to order a new receiver for $1,044.99 plus installation. When I asked if the receiver could be repaired, the service tech said, “we only replace parts, we don’t repair them”. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! This is not the first issue I have had with this service center. I am still waiting to hear from them on my 2015 Ram! More
