Roger was very kind and worked for us, even though we had to do some negotiating to get what we wanted. The only problem I had with him is that he did not wear his facemask appropriately the whole time, and to do some negotiating to get what we wanted. The only problem I had with him is that he did not wear his facemask appropriately the whole time, and got *very* close to us with it pulled down. However, the moment I decided to speak up, he put it back on correctly. Nevertheless, he was inconsistent. Otherwise, very respectful and helpful. Austin helped us with the finance side of things. He was also very nice and helpful. He rushed a bit and didn't check for questions often, but he had a lot of paperwork to get through. Overall, not a bad experience. More
Randall Tillman was fantastic. He made us feel like we had known him a long time. He made us feel so relaxed that we ended up buying. He was so helpful made us feel at home. They’ve already been done! $185 for a alignment for the life of tires is a joke! Firestone charges $200 for as long as you own the vehicle! The replacement windshield wipers you use are a cheap joke! Don’t be a bully keep your notes talk to people in person and stop ALL the xxxx emails! More
