When I purchased my Kia a year & half ago there was a dent in my bumper that the salesman said he would have taken care of. The last times I was there to get car serviced & said I should have received a dent in my bumper that the salesman said he would have taken care of. The last times I was there to get car serviced & said I should have received a $1200 check. That was six plus months ago. When I went back in the other day I told the salesman I was still waiting on that check, just to be told they were still “working on it”. I will never do business with this dealership again if this is how customers are treated! More
