Traded in my Buick I got from them to upgrade to a WAY BETTER vehicle. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient with me. Wade was great with overseeing to make sure I was taken care of. My husband and I purchased a platinum package and was told we wouldn't need to schedule an appointment for general service. That was one of the main selling points to purchasing that package. We were o told we wouldn't need to schedule an appointment for general service. That was one of the main selling points to purchasing that package. We were on our way to have the oil changed and tires rotated and my husband asked for me to call and see how long the wait would be. Come to find out, you do have to schedule regardless. Ok, so we schedule for the next weekend. We go in, the people were nice but we were told they checked the fluids - even received an email stating all were good - nothing needed topped off and everything was perfect. About a mile down the road, my husband went to use the bug spray, it was out. Then he started looking things over and 3 of the 4 tires were 5-7lbs low on air. It is the WORST service ever! More
