They delivered the truck 50 miles to my home and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I especially appreciated the help I received from the general manager Wade and the salesman Levi. The RAM limited I purchased has about every imaginable option and on top of what came from the factory I ordered and am waiting for the tonneau cover for the bed. Unhappy with service and results Car was towed in to get the key fob replaced & they did an oil change. A headlight that was previously loose was gone when I picked the vehicle up. Th Car was towed in to get the key fob replaced & they did an oil change. A headlight that was previously loose was gone when I picked the vehicle up. The guy I talked to blamed the tow truck - he didn't even try to look into the issue, just quickly placed the blame elsewhere. I wasn't upset until he refused to even look into why the light was removed. Also, the new key fob appears to have been given an old battery - within 3 weeks, the battery was dying and once I replaced it, the fob worked normal again. Won't go back. More
