Another Head gasket replacement The Service was fine. Brian did a good job. The repair took longer than I expected, 24 days, but they got it done. Then it was time to for me to come pick up my truck and pay my bill. This is where the service part of my experience went down to zero stars. My Invoice was just under $4000.00. I paid with a company check. The clerk said she wouldn't accept my check because some service they use said my check was no good. I assured her that it was good because I had over 40K in that account. I use a local bank (Arvest) that is practically across the street for your business. I ask her to call and verify the account. She refused. She made me go to the bank and get a cashiers check to pay my Invoice. I went and did exactly that and it was easy because I HAVE $40,000 in the ACCOUNT. This was very frustrating, embarrassing and uncalled for. I will never use your Dealership again. And I am ready to purchase another truck right now. It certainly wont be from you. More
I brought my car in with a light on, and they said if I got an alignment it would fix it. They couldn’t even give the alignment. And the light wasn’t because of the alignment. Mr.Victor at Barry Sanders went above and beyond for us when we bought my Sonata Unlimited. Customer Service at its best. So we were in the process of buying the car and had been there for a while, and bei when we bought my Sonata Unlimited. Customer Service at its best. So we were in the process of buying the car and had been there for a while, and being diabetic, my sugar got low. I got a little dizzy but I was ok. I didn’t say anything and Victor took me out to the Libby to wait for financing. I decided I better go ahead and check my sugar. So I was discretely doing so and Victor came back in from outside and saw what I was doing. He asked if I was ok and the next thing I know he is talking to his manager, they brought me a snickers, a drink and a sandwich. He didn’t have to do that but he did and it was the sweetest thing. He is very knowledgeable about the cars too. We were very impressed with him and the manager as well. They explained anything we were confused about and called to make sure I didn’t have any questions after I bought my car. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Victor and the manager 100%! More
Im in the process of relocating to Stillwater. I have 2009 Jeep that I always have serviced by Jeep dealership as required per manual. I needed an oil change, tires rotated, & headlight that was actin 2009 Jeep that I always have serviced by Jeep dealership as required per manual. I needed an oil change, tires rotated, & headlight that was acting up. First, the dealership's diagnostic fee structure is ridiculous. Instead of being just one charge to diagnose your issue, the dealership charges you a diagnosis fee for every issuer you may or may not have!! As you can imagine at $140 each, one cam end up offering them hundreds quickly. Then they waive the diagnosis fee if you have them complete the overpriced work. In going back & forth with the dealership, it seemed communication was difficult & it was all about $$$$. Recommitted services were not necessary as I had already had them done & spoke with my mechanic to double check. In the end I spent over $800 for oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure sensor replacement, & change bulbs in headlamps. Then, even after having a pressure sensor replaced on one of my tires & a rotation, the air pressure was not corrected. Finding air for tires isn't as easy as it used to be 😡 Still not sure if headlamp issue corrected. And, NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS!! More

There is even a word "used car salesman" when referring to someone you shouldn't trust. But this is not the case at Barry Sanders Supercenter. My Sales Rep Keith Rollins knew exactly how to make his customers comfortable in an environment where to be honest, it is like being in a interrogating room with all the credit applications, price negotiations and internal conflict of whether you are making the right decision. I am not from Stillwater and drove a couple hours to be there so I could not come in and out like some locals do. I either buy it or forget it. And I bought it. Everything was laid out in black and white, asked me what number I wanted to be at and they agreed to it. In and out in a couple hours. Thank you Keith and the team at Barry Sanders Supercenter. More

Very disappointed with Chrysler as a whole for the poor quality vehicles they make and lack of customer service and not standing behind what they produce. I purchased this van new 3 years ago and have had it in the dealership more than cars that are 10 plus years old. Most visits have been for minor issues or recalls but Chrysler doesn't seem to care and try to fix ongoing issues that are a mystery to the cause. I have learned from this that I will never purchase anther Dodge/Chrysler vehicle. Brian is always good to work with and I don't have an issue with the dealership as much as the manufacturer. More

I am super happy, we were able to work out a deal over I am super happy, I live two hours away and tried the local dealerships but they didn't have what I wanted and they were overpriced. Christian was able to work out a deal over the phone on a new car so I didn't have to worry about driving all the way to the dealership and not having the car there when I arrived. Even though it was a new car when I arrived they made sure the car was immaculate and were able to fix the tiny imperfections on the car that were there, and they also offered to fix some small bubbles in the tint at a later time. More
