Servece appointment to replace headlight. Jeep was brought in because headlight is out. When I asked to make appointment for oil change they went ahead and did it that day, which was nice & I Jeep was brought in because headlight is out. When I asked to make appointment for oil change they went ahead and did it that day, which was nice & I appreciate. However, I was told light worked. When I got home I looked & it wasn't. I guess I should have made them show me before I left. My husband called & they said it was interference from pikepass & to remove it. They did go ahead & make an appointment to bring Jeep back in. Removal of the pikepass did nothing for the light. On second appointment was told light was out & they will order part and call me when it comes in. When my husband originally tried to make an appointment for headlight & routine maintenance, & had question about recall notification , he couldn't get an appointment & was told the service department would call him (never received call). So the next day he made an appointment for headlight only since that was his main concern. Staff is friendly. I didn't have to wait long when I was there. Since Jeep was brought in for light replacement, my review is according to the service I received for that problem. More

Victor was amazing! Took the time to listen to needs and wants and was very straight forward providing full disclosure! Knew his way around features in the 12 inch uconnect screen. Randy in management ensured the future care of the vehicle and how eager and willing he and Victor were to my concerns about warranty work due to the distance id have to drive. Nothing but faith in this establishment and these gentlemen. All future purchases and referrals will happen because of these gentlemen! More
