So it could have been easily overlooked during checks. the ticking sound from the leak wasn't there when vehicle was dropped off. Great team to work with. I would recommend them if you need a vehicle soon. More

Harris Family Dodge Found A New Home I went to Barry Sanders Supercenter on Saturday afternoon after the service department had closed with what I thought was a simple "old lady without s I went to Barry Sanders Supercenter on Saturday afternoon after the service department had closed with what I thought was a simple "old lady without strength or know how" to put a back seat in its well of my Dodge Caravan. Victor Morris met me at the door, eager to help. He encountered the same problem I had. Victor asked Charles Maynor to see what he could do. Charles said this problem was more complicated than it appeared and sent me to Kathy Konemann to make an appointment for Wednesday to let Brian Shook work his magic. Brian and Roger Creager took "Betsy" to get a seat-job and oil change. When the seat-job took longer than expected, these folks pitched in and made our wait comfortable and delightful. Right down to bringing ice for our dog's water and caring about other needs Dexter might have. You can't get any better care and service than from staff at Barry Sanders Superstore. Took forever to close deal (partially due to Covid), truck wasn't clean during pick up, features were misrepresented (no Sirius Guardian), financing submitted wrong paperwork with co-borrower and borrow truck wasn't clean during pick up, features were misrepresented (no Sirius Guardian), financing submitted wrong paperwork with co-borrower and borrower switched, and jacked up price $4,000 over list price on USAA. Friendly guys, probably just relaxing able to handle volume well. More

I felt like I was overcharged. I had asked to remove 4 wheel locking lugnuts as a tire shop had lost my key. That's it. I didn't ask to have them replaced with $13 a piece lug nuts. It took 20 minutes to do, and yet I was charged $145 which is ludicrous! I will likely not come back unless I absolutely have to. More
