I started shopping online at BSSC looking for the perfect vehicle, found one i liked and went into the dealership the next day. Upon arriving i was greeted and asked what they could do for me. I then met wit vehicle, found one i liked and went into the dealership the next day. Upon arriving i was greeted and asked what they could do for me. I then met with my salesman and went over options of the vehicle i was interested in and then done a test drive. Everything went so smooth from the time i arrived until the time i left.. Super Freindly Staff Shalea took great care of me This is my second time back for the same issue, oil change. Guess the first mechanic could not get the oil pan off, anyways Shalae is always Super fr This is my second time back for the same issue, oil change. Guess the first mechanic could not get the oil pan off, anyways Shalae is always Super friendly and always seems to know what shes doing. She got me in and out with a complete oil change done and kept in contact with me while i waited. Next appointments will surely be ONLY when she is working!! Stripped a wheel stud on new cars first visit. Tried to blame me. The 2020 car has never had the tires off since the factory put them on. Why didn't they replace it? I have had a bad car buying experience with this dealership. When I initially purchased my vehicle, I was pressured into paying about $150 more per month than I told them I wanted to pay. Then part dealership. When I initially purchased my vehicle, I was pressured into paying about $150 more per month than I told them I wanted to pay. Then part of getting me to pay that amount was a promise that I would have free oil changes with Barry Sanders. The first time I scheduled an oil change, I showed up and dropped my car off and as I was leaving the service tech brought me back and asked if I had a card for my oil changes, I told him that I did not have a card and he said that I didn't have free oil changes then. So, no oil changes from Barry Sanders. Also, the night I bought my car it had low fuel and wasn't detailed. My salesman assured me to come back in and they would fill it up and detail it. So, the following week I drove back out and they told me I had to schedule a time and could not just drop in. I told them that because of my work hours I would have to wait for another available day. A few weeks later I had time so I called and they said someone would call me back because it had been too long. Now, I have a transmission light that keeps coming on when I'm out on the highway and then my vehicle hesitates when shifting. I scheduled an appointment and took it in. They called and said it was fixed and that I needed an oil change which had already been done. I declined the oil change. The first time I drove my car on the highway again, it flashed the same light and I have had the same issue. My fiance called to speak with the service manager on 5-16-20 and they told him he was with a customer and would call him back. 3 hours later, no call. My fiance called back and eventually spoke to an office manager who told him the service manager did not work that day. So, my fiancé was lied to. He has now been told that the GM will call him back on Monday but that they may not be able to discuss anything with my fiancé. I'm so upset over the fact that they push you into a car but are not willing to stand behind their word or products. More

We were traveling from Nebraska & our pickup pulling a trailer had transmission problems upon entering Oklahoma. After encountering no help at 3 different towns, we eventually ended up at Barry Sanders Su trailer had transmission problems upon entering Oklahoma. After encountering no help at 3 different towns, we eventually ended up at Barry Sanders Super Center. Brian In the service department greeted us & was so very helpful. Our pickup was attended too as quickly as possible & we were able to return home. Brian was so helpful in getting us alternative transportation to finish our trip to Saginaw TX. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
