Every time I need service for my Chrysler & take it to Barry Sanders, I am more than pleased. The service center is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I'm not confident the issue I brought my vehicle in to BSSS was addressed but they did offer to charge me about $650 for things I didn't ask for. I won't return, and I have 2 Ram trucks. My Jeep might of been possessed. . But we later found out that either a pack rat or mouse/mice got ahold of it. It did very random things all the time to the point of me wondering if . It did very random things all the time to the point of me wondering if I just picked up a passenger that wanted to chill with me daily to annoy me... After the first attempt, we thought the problem was resolved- it was not. Todd Clark then called me and asked me to bring it back and ask for him personally. Once I did this, Todd gave me his personal cell phone and was in contact with me daily; he updated me through the whole process. He wasn't giving my jeep back until he figured out the problem! I got it back this morning after him having it for 4 days and so far so good! However, Todd said that if it keeps doing it to call him on his cell and he will get it back in there and try anything else he could find to try and fix it! I highly recommend you speak to Todd when you come in for your service needs, he's friendly, nice and very honest. I appreciate all you did to fix it and still extending the help if its not fixed. More
