Renewed Faith in Car Dealerships I went to Bartlesville Dodge dreading I was going to get the stereotypical dealership experience. When I got there I was not automatically hounded. I went to Bartlesville Dodge dreading I was going to get the stereotypical dealership experience. When I got there I was not automatically hounded. Brian Neal gave me a few minutes to look around then he greeted me with a very positive attitude and was not pushy. Brian realizing it was cold outside invited my wife and myself to go inside and warm up while he got the keys for a test drive and then brought the car to the door rather than make us wait. While taking the test drive I asked Brian some questions without others around and he gave me his honest answer and I appreciated that. Once inside talking numbers Brian and Wes took great care of my wife and I never once gave us the runaround nor were they willing to lie about anything. I cannot put into words the immense appreciation that I have for this dealership and since buying my vehicle I have been talking them up and advising anyone that it is worth the drive. My wife who normally drives Honda's stated that she will be looking at Dodge vehicles when it comes time to move to her vehicle. For anyone who reads this please take the time to go talk to Brian, Wes, and the whole Bartlesville Dodge team. Not only did I appreciate their level of service but as a Veteran myself, knowing that most of the employees at BCDJR are Veterans it makes me know that they will be straight shooter and not give you the runaround. As one last note after doing my research on prices BCDJR had the best prices in probably a 50-mile radius.
