Watched a few customer interactions while waiting on my vehicle one day and saw how dumb some people really are. Once a car is wrecked, some people change how they view it psychologically. The vehicle may have been restored to near factory release, but it's still not the same for them. Also, many don't realize how their insurance companies really work. Ask questions of your insurance rep before you go in so you know what to expect. Service riders are nice ladies, but flakey. They can forget things that you tell them unless they note it on the ticket. Majority of the service techs are great. Only downside, they focus too much on the vehicle computers and for the computer to tell them things and forget how to do traditional mechanical diagnosis. Sales are out to do their job and that is to sell vehicles for the company. Many of the sales people are grounded. None are biast towards women. One seems like a male pig, but you can avoid that kind of person and go with the more friendlier people there. Now called Barton Ford. More
