Disappointed with the service department. Estimated time completion was double of what they told me. No shuttle service because both drivers were on lunch. Other customers were having same issues with length of time for service. When I picked up my car it was left in a back muddy pot hole lot! Truck had mud on tires and wheel wells. It was clean when I brought it there. I had to go get it washed. Unbelievable that you make customers walk in that lot to get their car. Overall a disappointing experience. More
