poor service I waited two days for them to look at my Van . It took two days for them to fix it (I thought ) - I took it home and engine light came I waited two days for them to look at my Van . It took two days for them to fix it (I thought ) - I took it home and engine light came back on. I Called and I was told no technical personal on the weekend bring it in on Monday . Took it in in the morning was never called. I called at 2:00 p.m. with no word as to what is going on -my call was sent to answering machine . After calling and complaining to the girl that answers the phone she put me on hold and walked over to service . I finally got a call 3:30 telling me they have to send it out for because they can't tell me what's wrong with it. More

Great Service! Casey was wonderful and extremely helpful!!! The Service Team had my truck for 1 day and kept me well informed of what was going on. They listened to me and what problem I needed addressed and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed properly. If you need a Service Team that is going to honestly take care of your vehicle and not scam you, bring your vehicle here!! To all of my fellow woman out there, you should feel confident bringing your vehicle here without the worry of being scammed simply because you are a woman (as we would like to think this doesn't happen anymore in today's day, unfortunately it still does at some Dealerships). They were extremely respectful and professional! 5 stars for Basil Ford of NF! Thank you for taking care of my truck!! More

Strike 1 - would not shuttle me to my work place in Kenmore, when the throttle body left my new Ford Fusion useless on the thruway. Strike 2 - salesman tried to "upgrade" me to a Ford Focus for $28,000- lol. Strike 3 - call Chris from service twice to set an appt for yet another recall, and still no call back (2 months now). Sorry, strike 4 - had an appt at 2:00 to finance my lease and they made me wait 40 min before I decided to walk out, my time is important to me. Basil needs to work on their customer service, never will I ever go to this dealership again. So disappointing. More

Fair Deal Purchased a used F-150 from Basil Ford in Niagara Falls. It was a fair deal with no major issues, but I was disappointed on a few details. The align Purchased a used F-150 from Basil Ford in Niagara Falls. It was a fair deal with no major issues, but I was disappointed on a few details. The alignment of the truck wasn't checked, which I expected from the big dealerships. It cost $80 to confirm this and correct the issue from a local tire shop. The only other issue was the front brakes have a pulse when braking hard, which suggests the rotors are due to be replaced soon. Over-all my salesman, Mark, was good. The sales manager, Scott, seems like a decent guy (for a car salesman) and both seemed to want to make a deal. The finance guy was the only well-rounded jerk (I'm trying to be nice) I encountered. I didn't need his services so perhaps this is why. Mark did his job for him. Good dealership, decent people, I would buy from them again. Besides the issues noted, they were clear with details (major and minor) about the vehicle I was purchasing. The dealership was nice and clean with instant service. My relationship with this exact dealership will be limited to the purchase and probably no service. They are too far from where I live. Basil engine for life warranty is the only item that could bring me back. Good luck out there. I hope this helps someone. Brian Logel More

Don't live up to their ads Poor salesmen. Can't make a deal with their advertisement in paper. Could not even come close or even try to come close. They use the price before fa Poor salesmen. Went to Fucillo same day. Sold us a new 2018 Silverado in 1.5 hours and they listened to what we can afford. we love it and will never waste out time at basil again. Then they send you a check for a price they will trade your vehicle in for. Cmon Mark... learn how to sell vehicles!! More
