I’ve never been treated So BAD at a dealers as I was here. Went to pay cash for a car but the front drivers side needed a hub and the hood would not open .Sean Basil said they haven’t gone over the vehicle yet and everything would be fixed.They had to take it inside for mechanic to open the hood to check out engine So instead of SEAN Basil coming back over Ryan Garrigan came over to us ATTITUDE And RUDE before he even sat down . He shows us carfax and supposedly car had been checked already ! Then they would of seen and heard it needed a new hub his remarks were “ if it passes inspection “ we won’t fix it.Its about $100.00 part so I said I need it safe for my grandson so it needs to be fixed . So he jumps out of his car and says we’re now fixing it So I said then take the $100.00 off the car . He said buy it as is or ‘get out ‘!! Can you believe it Basil is gonna lose a sale over $100.00. Well my word of mouth is gonna be to everyone DON’T GO THERE !!! makes you wonder what their customer service is like…Basil of Niagara Falls can bite my butt !!!! BUYER BEWARE !!! Maybe the owner should fire them both and maybe his sales would go up ! Lot more to say about this but it would take a chapter..Sean says we haven’t gone thru car Ryan says we have ! Get your stories straight..Teach them customer service and manners just fire them ! And Sean funny you disappeared and sent Ryan over . Grow some ! If I could of given zero stars that’s what Basil would get !!!
